Our Culture
Culture is a very important part of the Keller Williams model, it is the glue that binds the whole business together and is regarded by us as being as important as our Models and Systems.
Unlike some corporate environments, our culture is genuine and a significant part of why we are in business. We are committed to following a set of beliefs and values that we all work towards. For clarity and ease of communicating, we have separated them into our four pillars of Culture.
