Why rent this home?

Flexibility is the theme throughout, starting with the ground floor. Stepping through the front door takes you into a spacious entrance hall. On the right is the separate kitchen which has a breakfast bar installed.

At the end of the hallway is a spacious WC and an understairs cupboard. The lounge/diner is at the back of the house and has French doors leading to the rear garden. The rear garden has been landscaped with families in mind. There is a patio area which is ideal for seating, as well as a low maintenance artificial lawn. A side gate leads to the double width driveway with parking for two cars.

On the first floor is a large room which could be used as a living room or as a large fourth bedroom and would make a superb space for a teenager to have their own private living space. The family bathroom is ideal for young children thanks to the ensuite in the master bedroom on the top floor. The third bedroom completes this floor which could also be used as a home office.

Designed with families in mind, the top floor has the master bedroom as well as another double bedroom so you can sleep on the same floor as your youngest child. The master bedroom is a superb size and has views over the garden. The second bedroom is a very good size with an alcove for wardrobes. Alternatively, this floor can be used as a private space with one of the bedrooms being utilised as a dressing room or living space.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
