Why buy this home?

If you're looking for a new house where all you need to do is move in your furniture, then this is the home for you...

Flexibility is the theme throughout, starting with the ground floor. There is a spacious reception room which is designed to be a dining/family room as the kitchen is also on the ground floor. However, this could easily be used as the main living room due to its size and French doors to the rear garden. The garden has been landscaped adding a large patio area, perfect for when it's your turn to host the summer BBQs. There are also raised beds so you can add your style to the garden, finally, lights have been added to the walls making for a lovely environment.

The kitchen is large enough for a small table and chairs for a convenient area to eat breakfast. Finished in high gloss units and wood-effect work surfaces, it is modern, yet stylish. Integrated appliances include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, and gas cooker top.

On the first floor is the formal living room that overlooks the rear garden. This would also make a spacious fourth bedroom if the downstairs reception room was used as the formal living room instead.

The main family bathroom is also on this floor and has been tastefully tiled around the bath in neutral colours. The third double bedroom is ideal as a guest room or for a teenager who wants to have a private bathroom.

Designed with families in mind, the top floor has the master bedroom as well as another double bedroom so you can sleep on the same floor as your youngest child. The master bedroom has views over the garden and woods behind and also benefits from an ensuite. The second bedroom is a very good size, and as there is a shower room on this floor too, it means all bedrooms can technically have their own bathroom.

Parking is provided by a garage with parking for two cars

More about the location....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. The Turing Key pub has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
