Why buy this home?

If you're looking for a modern house where all you need to do is move in your furniture, then this is the home for you...

Flexibility is the theme throughout, starting with the ground floor. Stepping through the front door takes you into a spacious entrance hall which is laid with Amtico making it easy to keep clean. This flooring flows through to the separate kitchen which is big enough for a small breakfast table, or additional storage. The current owners chose white high gloss units to reflect light which creates a welcoming space. There are integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a fitted gas hob and electric oven.

At the end of the hallway is a spacious WC with heated towel rail and an understairs cupboard. The lounge/diner is at the back of the house and has French doors leading to the rear garden. If you only needed three bedrooms, this space could easily be utilised as a dining or family room, with the living room being moved to the large bedroom on the first floor. The rear garden has been landscaped with families in mind. There are two patio areas which are ideal as seating areas, as well as artifical grass. A side gate leads to the allocated parking and carport which also has power for an electric car.

On the first floor is the large second bedroom which could easily be used as a second reception room. Otherwise it makes superb space for a teenager to have their own private living space. Both this bedroom and the fourth bedroom are serviced by the family bathroom which is fully tiled around the bath, has an overhead shower and glass screen. The fourth bedroom completes this floor which also makes a comfortable office with views over the park opposite.

Designed with families in mind, the top floor has the master bedroom as well as another double bedroom so you can sleep on the same floor as your youngest child. The master bedroom has views over the garden, and also benefits from an ensuite. The second bedroom is a very good size, and there is a shower room on this floor too, meaning all bedrooms can technically have their own bathroom. Alternatively, this floor can be used as a private space with one of the bedrooms being utilised as a dressing room or living space.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
