Pershore train station or the newly constructed Worcestershire Parkway Station provides links directly to London Paddington or Worcester Shrub Hill travelling on to Birmingham. - The lodges are offered for purchase to clients who are 45 years of age and over.
- The license term is 30 years, one of the longest in the industry.
- The maintenance fee, which includes full maintenance of the grounds and shared facilities, is £3,5000 / annum.
- The lodge has a 12-month license period. As this is for holidays only and cannot be a primary residence, the lodges are council tax exempt.
