Why buy this home?

Built in 2016 by Taylor Wimpey, this home was designed for those who want a practical family layout without sacrificing those little luxuries.

Some houses you enter and get an instant feeling of home that you can't explain; this is one of them. Immediately to the right of the entrance hall is a separate kitchen, finished with white high gloss units and ash grey worktops. The integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a gas hob and electric double oven. There is enough space in the kitchen for a dining table as shown by the current occupants.

The living room is large enough for a family dining table as well as sofas and a coffee table as shown by the current layout. Due to its shape, the room can be laid out in numerous variations to keep the home feeling fresh. Double French doors lead you to the rear garden, this is a good size for a new build home, A large patio is directly outside the doors which can be used for outside dining, perfect for the summer evenings. There's also access via a gate leading to the carport which is big enough for two cars.

The first floor is home to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom stretches the entire width of the house and is easily big enough for two children to share, or one lucky person to make their own private space. The second bedroom is also a double however this could be used as an all important home office. The family bathroom is half tiled around the bath. It serves both the large second bedroom and the third double bedroom on the first floor.

Without a doubt our favourite feature of this home is the stunning master suite which occupies the entirety of the top floor. A private, open staircase provides ample wall space. The vaulted ceilings create a light and airy feel, whilst the Velux-style window provides a welcoming freshness. Naturally, there is also an ensuite with double a shower cubicle and built-in wardrobes to complete the modern design.

Parking is provided by a driveway and carport for two cars as well as ample communal parking.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
