We've lived in Winchester for over thirty years which shows that it's a great place to live. We're now looking to move onto new projects which necessitates our moving.

We believe that we have created a stylish and comfortable home since we bought from new in 2017. The house was designed by local architect Huw Thomas.

There is plenty of light, high ceilings and hard floors throughout. Our house is warm in winter, cool in the summer, with an EPC rating of B (85). Everythign is geared towards modern living.

The changes that we've made have been to back and front gardens. The back faces southeast and we've planted a range of flowers and shrubs so that the garden reflects the seasonal changes and there is always some colour.
