Why buy this home?

As you step into the property, you're welcomed by a spacious hallway with a convenient W/C to the right—perfect for guests and an ideal spot to store coats and shoes, keeping the space tidy before entering the main living areas.

The kitchen features sleek high-gloss units and marble-effect worktops, giving it a stylish and modern feel. There's ample space for a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, along with a fan oven and gas cooker for added convenience. Being separate from the main living area allows you to close the door and enjoy a peaceful retreat in the lounge.

The living room is impressively spacious for a three-bedroom home, offering plenty of flexibility. There's ample room for a large dining table while still accommodating a three-piece suite or a contemporary corner sofa. The well-proportioned layout makes it an inviting space for both relaxing and entertaining.

A large door from the living room leads directly to the garden, allowing natural light to fill the space and creating a bright, airy feel. For a newly built property, the garden is spacious, offering plenty of room for outdoor dining—perfect for hosting family BBQs. The current owners have added a fence to separate the patio from the main garden, adding both privacy and structure. Lastly, a handy shed provides storage for gardening tools, and there’s convenient access to the driveway.

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms and a good-sized single. The third bedroom is currently being used as a dressing room/office; however, this would be perfect for the youngest family member. The second bedroom would comfortably fit a double bed leaving enough space for a wardrobe and drawers. The master bedroom is at the front of the house and has a built-in wardrobe. To finish off the 1st floor, you have the family bathroom, which has been modified to a high standard and looks amazing.

Parking is provided by allocated parking enough for two cars.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Primary Schooling is provided by the surrounding villages and Secondary Schooling is provided by Cottesloe in Wing or Royal Latin Grammar School in Buckingham.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
