Why buy this home?
Located down a quiet side street and a very short walk away from Jubilee Lake, this stunning home offers the flexibility needed for ever-changing family life.
The standout feature is the kitchen/breakfast room, with its beautifully tiled floor. Stretching the length of the house and standing at over 11 feet wide, it is the perfect sociable space for family and friends. The designated dining area is large enough for a 6-8 person table, and the overhanging worktop on the central unit means it doubles up as a breakfast bar for those quick morning pitstops! A central island could also be installed to provide even more storage and worksurface space. A separate utility room and WC ensures that the kitchen can still be used to entertain even when the washing machine is in use.
French doors from the kitchen lead you to the low-maintenance garden which has a lovely patio area perfect for hosting summer BBQs. The garden itself is southwest facing meaning the sun is shining on it all day long. The current owners have also had a purpose-built home office that sits at the end of the driveway, perfect for those who need their own space to work from or a space for children to play.
On the first floor, you have a generous size living room that stretches the full length of the house. It's big enough for a three-piece suite or you could go with a more modern corner sofa. Also on the first floor, you have Bedroom three which is a double and has a handy storage cupboard built in. Bedroom four is a good size single however this would make a good playroom or office if you didn't need to use all the rooms. The first floor is serviced by the main bathroom which is tiled and has a shower.
The top floor has a bedroom with an ensuite which you could use as a guest room or as a dressing room, alternately this room could be used for an older child who craves their own space. The fourth bedroom opposite is also a double and has a homely feeling as you have the shape of the roof. The true value of this home is that you can change its layout as your situation changes without the need to move homes.
Parking is provided by a gated carport with 2 allocated spaces, there is also ample communal parking available.
