Why buy this home.......
If you're looking for the usable space you find in an apartment but want your own front door and carport, this coach house is for you.
As you enter through the front door you'll notice there's a handy place to leave coats and shoes keeping them out of the way and easily accessible.
To the left-hand side of the hallway, you have the master bedroom, it has an alcove that fits a wardrobe in without taking up too much floor space. Next to the master bedroom, you have a large bathroom which has been tiled floor to ceiling in a modern grey tile. A glass shower screen has been added as well as having a bath. The second bedroom is currently being used as an office however this could easily be a guest room and would fit a double bed.
The main living space is open plan to make the most out of the size, perfect if you have friends and family over. The kitchen has been finished off in cashmere high gloss units and wood effect worktops. There's lots of storage in the kitchen as the units stretch the full length of the room and it also has some additional head height units. The living room will comfortably fit a sofa and armchairs or you could go for a more modern corner sofa. As the room has dual-aspect windows its light and airy.
There is a small area out the back that is an extension of the driveway, however, what the current owners have done is made it into their own little private space full of plants and a lovely place to chill after a long day at work.
Parking is provided by the carport and ample community parking.
For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.
