This perfect starter home is not only in a block of only two apartments, but it also has a carport and low leasehold charges of £736.50 per year.
Why buy this home?
The main attraction of apartments is a modern open-plan living space, however they are usually situated in a block with numerous other apartments which increases the risk of noisy neighbours. This apartment however is in a block of only two, with only parking underneath.
The open-plan living space is bright and airy thanks to the apartment facing a park. Integrated appliances in the kitchen include a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. As you can see by the current set up, there is plenty of space for a dining table and corner sofa without the living room feeling too cramped.
The bedroom has a useful alcove for wardrobes meaning a double bed fits well. Again it is a bright space thanks to two windows.
A well-proportioned bathroom completes this perfect starter home. Fully tiled around the bath with white textured tiles, the glass shower screen also keeps the spray from the powerful overhead shower at bay!
Parking is provided by a carport as well as there being ample communal parking available.
Being located on the north side of Newton Leys means you are within walking distance to the shopping district, pub and pavilion.
