Why buy this home....

As soon as you enter this home, you get a sense of quality and style, the current owners have done a fantastic job of making it look modern and homely. To the left of the entrance hall, you have the downstairs WC. To the right is the all-important kitchen/diner that is finished with high-gloss units and wood effect worktops, this is complemented with vinyl flooring around the kitchen giving it a clean look whilst being practical. The dining area has enough room for a four or even six-seater table which is extremely sort after in most modern homes.

The living room is large enough for a three-piece sofa or a more modern corner sofa without it feeling too cramped. French doors lead to the landscaped low-maintenance rear garden which has decking, perfect for when friends and family come over for a BBQ. Parking is provided by two allocated spaces, there is also communal parking a short walk away.

The first floor is home to two double bedrooms and a good size single which could be used as a nursery or office. The master bedroom is at the front of the house and has an ensuite. The second bedroom is near the back of the house and has plenty of room for a double bed and wardrobes if needed. The bathroom has all the essentials for a family - it is fully tiled around the bath, it has an overhead shower, a tiled floor, and an all-important window.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown. Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale.

Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away. In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.

This stunning three bedroom home has an all-important kitchen/diner perfect for growing families. Only a short walk away from the local primary school, and some great dog walking areas close by including Jubilee lake.
