Why buy this home?

Built in 2015 by Taylor Wimpey, this home was designed for those who want a practical family layout without sacrificing those little luxuries. Some houses you enter and get an instant feeling of home that you can't explain; this is one of them.

Immediately to the left of the entrance hall is a separate kitchen, finished with white high gloss units and wood effect worktops. The current owner also decided to use laminate flooring which runs throughout downstairs. The integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a gas hob and electric double oven. The current owners have also cleverly utilised wasted corner space by adding additional high-rise units and additional worktops.

The size and shape of the living space provides the ability to lay the room out in numerous variations, meaning it should work for a buyer regardless of what furniture they have. There is also a useful under stairs storage cupboard which the current owners use for all those things you don't want on display.
French doors lead to the rear garden which is a fantastic size, and one of the main reasons the current owners decided on this plot.

There's a large patio area which is big enough for table and chairs and that all important BBQ for when friends and family are over. There is also rear access to the parking which is provided in the form of two parking spaces, as well as ample communal parking bays on the road.

The first floor is home to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom stretches the entire width of the house and is easily big enough for two children to share, or one lucky person to make their own private space. The family bathroom is tiled around the bath and half-tiled around the rest of the room. It has an overhead shower as well as a glass shower screen. It serves both the large second bedroom and the third double bedroom on the first floor. Without a doubt our favourite feature of this home is the stunning master suite which occupies the entirety of the top floor.

A private, open staircase provides ample wall space; a blank canvas ideal for a statement art piece or feature wall. The vaulted ceilings create a light and airy feel, whilst the Velux-style window provides a welcoming freshness. Naturally, there is also an en suite with double shower cubicle to complete the modern design.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston. Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.
