Why buy this home?

Unlike most apartments, this one has a very welcoming hallway that is full of natural light and has two separate storage cupboards, perfect for hiding away coats and shoes.

To the left of the hallway is a fantastic size master bedroom which currently has a king-size bed and still plenty of room for additional furniture. There is also a lovely view of the greenery out the front of the apartment.

The second bedroom is a double however, the current owners are using it as an all-important home office/ dressing room. This could easily be set up with a sofa bed for when friends and family come to stay. The main bathroom is opposite and is fully tiled with white and grey tiles giving it a modern and clean look.

The main attraction of this property is the large open-plan living/kitchen area. Which has plenty of space for a comfortable sofa and dining table should you wish. As you have the dual aspect windows at either end of the room it fills up with light and gives it a lovely atmosphere. There's plenty of storage in the kitchen and the units have been finished off in high gloss and wood effect worktops. Integrated appliances including a washer/dryer and fridge freezer, as well as a gas hob and electric oven.

Parking is provided by one allocated parking space, there is also plenty of communal parking.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. At the end of April 2019 the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
