"To be honest we are leaving our home with a heavy heart as it has everything and more we could ever wish for as a family. The size of the bedrooms is fantastic, and the master bedroom is the envy of all of our family and friends..."

**Don't forget to check out the Virtual Tour above!** Quote reference #DMM000 when calling. Why buy this home? "Our favourite thing about living here is that it has the feel of being in the city, but the quiet and community feel of living in a village. I love that we can walk around the different lakes and there is always a friendly nod or 'good morning' from the people around the estate". As soon as you enter this lovely home you feel a sense of calm from the soft decor and warm dark wood flooring. Immediately to the left of the entrance hall is the separate kitchen. "In the kitchen I love how everything is integrated and how the floors and cupboards shine when the sun comes through the window". The integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The current owners have also cleverly utilised wasted corner space by adding an additional worktop and high-rise units. The living room is large enough for a family dining table without making the sofa area feel cramped. "The lounge has always had a real cosy feel to it, allowing us to relax and feel really comfortable especially in the colder winter months with the heating on and candles lit". Double doors lead on to the rear garden which has access to the carport. "The garden has different sections which allows different parts to be used for different purposes. For example in the summer we had a gazebo in one section to give shade next to the seating area, we then had a paddling pool the other side whilst using the BBQ, which allowed space and fun for all of the family". More impressive still is the size of the second bedroom. Stretching the entire width of the house, it is easily big enough for two children to share, or one lucky person to make their own private space. A spacious family bathroom with full tiles around the bath and overhead shower serve both this bedroom and the third double bedroom on the first floor. Without a doubt our favourite feature of this home is the stunning master suite which occupies the entirety of the top floor. A private, open staircase provides ample wall space; a blank canvas ideal for a statement art piece or feature wall. The vaulted ceilings create a light and airy feel, whilst the Velux-style window provides a welcoming freshness. The current owners also installed built-in wardrobes stretching the width of the room which provides ever useful storage. Naturally, there is also an ensuite with double shower cubicle to complete the modern design. "I have no doubt that whoever moves into this house will love it just as much as we do and will create more happy memories than they will ever remember..." More about the location..... For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown. Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston. Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away. In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
