Why buy this home?
Layout is normally the nemesis of size & space in most modern family homes. Small bedroom sizes, a master bedroom on a different floor to the children's bedrooms or lack of a kitchen/diner can all cause issues for a young family. Luckily, this home was designed with all of those issues in mind...
The heart of the home is exactly where it should be - on the ground floor. The spacious kitchen/diner has an integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and ample cupboard space and worksurface to maintain a family. The dining area is large enough for a dining table and small sofa as the current layout shows, meaning children can be entertained by the TV whilst dinner is being made. A useful fourth bedroom/study provides a perfect place for homework to be completed or is ideal for those who work from home. A necessity in any family home, the WC, completes this impressive ground floor.
On the first floor is a cosy lounge, ideal for evenings in front of the TV as a family. The fact the bathroom is on this floor is not only convenient for the lounge, but it makes the third double bedroom the ideal refuge for the eldest child who wants their own space and privacy.
The master bedroom with ensuite is on the top floor along with the second double bedroom. The layout means you can have your youngest child on the same floor, or you could splash out on a private dressing room.....the choice is yours!
The beauty of townhouses are the flexibility they offer and the room sizes mean you can grow and adapt without necessarily having to upsize. A relatively private rear garden has been made easy to maintain, so you can spend summer days enjoying the lake instead, which is a mere 100m away.
A secure carport and allocated parking service the property as well as ample communal off-street parking on the road. Priced to sell, this brilliant family home won't be available for long!
