The location is very quiet and safe for the children, and within easy reach of local amenities and the main road north (A419 to M5), and east or west (M4). Over the years we have developed the property and enjoyed selecting high quality fixtures and fittings and improving the layout. Close neighbours are friendly, supportive, and everyone has enjoyed the occasional street party together to celebrate special occasions. All of the work we have done in the house is to a high standard and was done with a view that we would be staying here for years to come. Unfortunately, a change in family circumstances means that now is the time to move on.
