New speakers and headline sponsor announced for Keller Williams UK’s MegaCamp

Keller Williams UK has announced a raft of high-profile keynote speakers and a headline sponsor for its annual two-day event, MegaCamp.

The event, which is open to all estate agents across the UK, will take place on April 16 and 17 at the QEII Centre, Westminster, London.

The theme of the conference is “Shaping the Agency of 2030 Today’.

Flying in from the US will be James Shaw, Founder of Pivot: SHIFT Ahead and a member of the Keller Williams University International Master Faculty.

James will be providing an insight into the business fundamentals that can make the difference between success and failure.

Kate Faulkner OBE, one of the UK’s leading property commentators and analysts, will also be speaking, taking a data-driven look at the state of the UK property market and sharing her views on how greater collaboration between government and industry could solve many of the residential property sector’s problems.

Also taking to the stage will be Simon Leadbetter, Founder of We Are Unchained, one of the industry’s foremost strategic marketing consultancies and creator of The Voice of the Agent.

Simon, along with colleague Toby Martin, will talk about the importance of data in making informed business decisions and how to harness AI and video to drive agency growth.

They join Phil M Jones, author of seven best-selling business books including Exactly What to Say, with further speakers to be unveiled over the coming weeks.

More than 500 agents from the UK, United States, Europe and elsewhere are expected to attend MegaCamp, which will include keynote speakers, panel discussions, networking and hands-on sessions.

The Official Partner and Headline Sponsor is iamproperty, a UK leader in property technology whose platform supports agents with CRM, lead generation, market appraisal, onboarding, conveyancing and auction. A range of further sponsorships are available.

Mark Readings, Growth Leader of Keller Williams UK, said: “The property industry, along with every other industry, is changing rapidly, with the breathtaking advance of AI and other technologies.

“MegaCamp 2026 will fast forward delegates to 2030 with our speakers and panellists providing a route map to enable your business to get ready now.

“The event will focus on the ‘how’ and everyone attending will go away with an action plan they can start implementing immediately.

“While the event has a UK focus, we are delighted to welcome international speakers who will share their insights into what has worked for them.”

Neil Hope, iamproperty’s Chief Transformation Officer, said: “We are excited to be the headline sponsor and official partner for MegaCamp, the must-attend event for agents in the UK who want to know what the estate agency of 2030 will look like and what they need to do now to embed the right strategy for growth.

“As the leading proptech company in the residential property sector, we are looking forward to showcasing our ecosystem of cutting edge solutions and demonstrating how they are having a transformational impact on the businesses of thousands of agents across the UK.”
