Keller Williams (KW) the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, has been recognised across the pond as one of America’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023.

The list, compiled by Fortune, ranks 300 companies who are transforming their industries, from the inside out. To compile the list, Fortune partnered with market research and data company Statista and assessed each company against three pillars: product innovation, process innovation, and innovation culture. KW ranked at number 92 out of the 300 companies. Other companies named in the list included Apple, IBM, and Salesforce.

“Our inclusion on Fortune’s most innovative company ranking is testament to how we do things differently from our competitors.” said Ben Taylor, Chief Executive of Keller Williams UK. “Not only do we offer customers an exceptional service, we also place power in the hands of our agents through significant investment in technology and education.”

As part of Labs, the innovation hub of KW launched in 2022, the company partners with real estate agents and teams to release software integrations and CRM features aimed at increasing productivity and eliminating pain points with lead generation, marketing and workflow capabilities. Launched in the United States, the UK arm of the business are now utilising the Labs approach also.

“At Keller Williams we’re dedicated to progress – especially when it comes to the industry. If there’s a better way of doing things, you can be sure we’ll discover it,” Ben continues. “I firmly believe it’s this ethos that sets our agents apart.”

This isn’t the first time that Keller Williams has been recognised for its innovation. In 2022, Franchise Business Review also ranked KW ‘Most Innovative Franchise’.

This latest accolade is just further recognition of a business that’s determined to disrupt the real estate industry – for the good of its people. To view the full rankings, go to https://fortune.com/ranking/americas-most-innovative-companies/.
