Keller Williams Named The ‘Happiest Company’ To Work For

We are delighted to be named America’s ‘Happiest Company to Work For’ in an annual survey by US careers site The survey, published by Forbes, analyses thousands of reviews from employees across the United States, looking at which businesses create a positive workplace culture for its employees.

The survey puts Keller Williams in the top spot above leading US companies including Nike, who came second, Apple (13th) and the Walt Disney Company (37th). The award is a recognition of the strength of the Keller Williams franchise model and the culture of our business, including the support provided to agents as they grow their businesses.

The survey focuses on ten factors that are key to work place happiness, including company culture, leadership, overall work atmosphere, and relationships with colleagues.

Ben Taylor, Managing Director at Keller Williams UK, comments: “It is fantastic to be recognised in this way against some huge names, including some of the world’s largest companies. The Keller Williams culture is what sets this business apart from any other. The model attracts entrepreneurial, driven self-starters who learn from each other and work together to build their own individual businesses. We support people to build careers worth having and lives worth living – this is an estate agency that works for its agents and not the other way around.”

Keller Williams is expanding across the UK and so more agents will soon be able to experience our award winning culture. We plan to significantly expand our number of Market Centres in the year ahead and we are on a recruitment drive for top agents.
