While Keller Williams has been operating in the US since 1983, and is the world’s largest estate agency with more than 180,000 agents across 850 market centres in 30+ countries, we are new to the UK.

Our goal is to encourage the most pro-active and ambitious UK agents to join our family. Our agents can sell properties all over the UK, and we are growing fast with market centres established in London Prime, London Bridge, Leeds and Glasgow, and with plans to open more across the UK.

We do not have a high street presence. Why? Because over 80% of homebuyers and sellers never visit agents on the high street. In the digital age, house buyers begin their search online, yet both buyers and sellers still need an expert agent who; knows their local area, is always on time and understands how to complete a sale.

Our agents work for themselves and are incentivised to immediately return your calls, deliver fair valuations, advise on dressing your home for its best advantage and accompany viewings at all times with realistic pre-qualified buyers.

Our agents operate from our national network of Market Centres, which act as co-working hubs for agents, providing high-quality facilities and access to world-class training and development.

Go to a café here and you might be offered a breakfast of boiled eggs, poached eggs, scrambled eggs or fried eggs and even an omelette - if you ask nicely.

In the States it’s a bit different. Eggs sunny side up or over easy? Or would you prefer Eggs Benedict and its Mexican cousin Huevos Benedictos, or Eggs Florentine, even Eggs Mornay, Eggs Chesapeake (don’t ask). The point is we offer the consumer a bigger choice – just as they tend to do in the famous delis of New York.
