Diane Griffin

Operating Principal

For more than ten years, the top producing Griffin Properties Team has more than tripled in size and solidified itself as the #1 Residential Retail Team in Grand Rapids. The team was recently ranked by Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends Report as number 174 of all sales teams in the nation. Even more remarkable, is the team’s standing as number 53 on Keller Williams’s 2014 first quarter list of International Top Producers.

In July 2014, Diane purchased majority ownership of Keller Williams Grand Rapids North where she is the Operating Principal. This acquisition is a direct result of her passion for the real estate industry and for the people who choose to make real estate their career. Her role as Operating Principal is the perfect platform to educate and develop agents to their highest and best potential, while making a positive financial impact on our community.

Diane’s passion for helping others achieve their goals - in business and everyday life - has allowed her the opportunity to coach those who are committed to growing their business through high-level accountability and personalized coaching. She became a Keller Williams MAPS Coach not only due to her commitment to excellence and achievability, but in order to help those who are ready to take their career to the next level.

Darryl Jenkins, FNAEA Bsc (Hons)

Regional Director

Darryl has a passion for all things property and a background in Agency sales, primarily working in the high end London residential market for a well established independent agency. Darryl joined KW UK as Team Leader of the first UK Market Centre in Victoria, London and moved into the UK Regional Director role in April 2016. Having extensive experience in UK agency and Market Centre start-ups together with KW systems, culture and values. Darryl's primary focus is growth and productivity of the Region.

Matt Fetick

Operating Partner, Keller Williams Mayfair

Matt Fetick began his real estate business in 2006 following a career as a paramedic and police officer. Matt was rookie of the year and the following year the #1 agent in his office. Since that time, Matt has continued an upward growth placing his team in the top 50 of all Keller Williams Realty. Matt credits his success to following the MREA models and his accountability to his MAPS coach. Additonally, Matt is the Operating Partner for a Market Center in the U.S. as well as London, England, taking his business international. As a member of the Keller Williams University Master Faculty, Matt really enjoys teaching others how to implement tools and systems.

Simon Padgett

Operating Principle, Keller Williams Leeds

Simon opened our Leeds Market Centre in March 2015 which was the second opening for KWUK and the first office outside London. Prior to this he operated a RE/MAX franchise in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where he personally won numerous awards for his sales abilities. In 2008 he was the third most successful RE/MAX agent in the Caribbean and Central America and within the top 20 agents worldwide based on commissions generated. In 2008, RE/MAX had 120,000 agents in 80 countries. Simon was very keen to open Keller Williams second location in the UK after being introduced to KW UK by Bill Sotteroff, Vice President of Keller Williams Worldwide who had worked with Simon during his time with RE/MAX.

Felix Barber

Non Executive Director

Felix is a Director of the Ashridge Strategic Management Centre at Hult International Business School and of CE Asset Management Ltd, a Swiss institutional asset management firm. He was formerly a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group where he worked extensively in retailing, financial and non-financial services businesses.

Mike Coffey

Non Executive Director

Mike Coffey brings a wealth of experience on the Keller Williams operating model, having owned and grown Keller Williams Regions and Market Centres in the US for over ten years.
