Osibova Bay is characterized by its pristine and turquoise waters and surrounded by the Mediterranean pine forest, with 18th century St. Joseph Church and the 14th century stone St. John's Chapel. The Bay is in the vicinity of Milna, with an inspiring view of the Hvar and Vis islands.
Brač is third largest island in Croatia with a complete infrastructure, an airport, helipads, and a frequent ferry and fast boat connections to and fro Split, and its international airport and railway systems.
Plaza was built on a large lot (12,600 sq m) and it boasts a garden with Mediterranean pines and plants, olive and fruit trees, spread between the beach and the road.
Due to the configuration of the land the Villa is staggered with two ground floors.
The upper ground floor consists of a central part with a 100 sq m living room, a recreation room (with sauna, jet shower and billiard incorporated), a professional kitchen, a main bedroom (with a large bathroom and a separate terrace), a guest bedroom (also with a bathroom and a separate terrace), study, and a toilette. Two separate studios were built consisting of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate entrance. Outside there is a a large terrace with an infinity swimming pool with a teak deck, partly covered with a roof supported by 14 massive Brač stone piles.
The lower ground floor includes two studios, each with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The ground floor incorporates also a spacious garage, a utility area, a cold vine cellar, an HVC room and a storage facilities room.
Plaza is connected to the local power grid and the water supply system, has fixed phone line connections established, and a satellite antenna and internet. It has a sophisticated security and fire alarm systems, as well as video surveillance. For contingency purposes a 15 kW diesel power unit and a 50m3 water tank are included.
